Karl Monger, Owner (MAJ, USA ret):  Mr. Monger seamlessly combines over 30 years of military leadership & achievement, business experience, and community service to the helm of DriPowder.  RLTW (Rangers Lead the Way) is not just a Ranger motto it aptly describes the career and vision of our owner.  Monger served ten years as a Regular Army Infantry Officer, followed by ten years of combined active and inactive Reserve duty - achieving the rank of Major.  He has served as an infantry company commander and a Ranger battalion staff officer.  Karl's business experience includes eighteen years of sales and management experience, primarily in heavy construction; having overseen a multi-million dollar branch for a nationwide equipment rental company and ran the crane division for a $40m construction firm.  Mr. Monger's community service includes over ten years as a youth mentor and prison inmate mentor, chairman of his church's board of deacons, director of the US Army Ranger Association, Veterans Administration volunteer and founder/executive director of GallantFew, Inc.  In short, Karl Monger is a "can do", "get things done" leader that brings this same focus to the mission of DriPowder. 

Karl is from a long line of military service, a Son of the American Revolution, Karl's ancestors have fought in every major conflict.  His military service awards include two awards of the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, two Army Achievement Medals, the Southwest Asia Service Medal with Bronze Campaign Star, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Expert Infantryman Badge, Ranger Tab, Senior Parachutist and Air Assault Wings.
